Handling The Health Insurance Gap

June 17, 20251 min read

Americans seem upbeat about retirement, with more people preparing to retire at 70, according to the latest Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI) study. Sometimes, though, reality gets in the way: the same survey found that 40 percent retire earlier than they expected, and with 70 percent of those respondents, the choice was out of their hands.1

Do you know how you would handle your life and health insurance in that situation?

There are a few choices, but if you were to retire before you expected and lose your workplace coverage, you might need to make a quick decision.

If that ever happens to you, Retiring Edu is here to help. Even if you only have questions and want to know what avenues are available, We will happily discuss them with you anytime.
